Lost sector drop rates
1320 lost sector exotic drop rate is broken. i only clear them with platinum and 10 runs nothing. NF weapon drops are even worse. i did 15 clears of 1320 (all with platinum and with the vanguard ghost mod equipped) before i got a NF weapon, and of course it had the absolute worst roll ever.So, as we all know, lost sectors are divided up by which slot the gear drops, head, gloves, chest, boots. Lost sectors, to my knowledge will drop exotics you don't own guaranteed (at least from the pool of "Lost Sector Only" exotics) until you have them all. What I've noticed though, is that certain exotics don't drop from some lost sectors ...Legend/Master Lost Sector Exotic Drop Rates When researching drop rates (when I went 37 platinum legends in a row without an exotic drop), I found varying information. The few people (thank you) that responded to my post with relevant words pretty much stated that all that matters is to actually platinum it (kill all champions).

After the increased loot rate of exotics in lost sectors and from now on I'll be listing all my runs in Lost Sectors in this Google Sheets document to see what the new exotic drop rate is. Combatants are harder to stagger and have more health. Available in Legend and Master difficulties. Lost Sectors feature +20 combat delta (rather than -15 or -20). We will be monitoring completion rates and times during Season 20 to see if Exotic engram drop rates need to be adjusted. The Lost Sector was designated to drop Helmets. We just got lucky like you. You can run them in a fireteam but exotics only drop on solo clears. You can get exotics, but they will not be that days slot specific nor does it have bad luck protection. No need to over exaggerate mate, Before the buff to the drop rates they were 25% for Legend and Master was 33%. It's pretty much impossible you went 48 runs without a single drop, even 10 runs without a drop is very unlikely. That said I'm not 100% sure you can even get the older exotics the first time from lost sectorsDrop rate is around 25% for legend, maybe a bit more since I think they slightly increased it last season. 7 runs with nothing is not alot tbh, I've gone 20 with nothing before. Then yesterday I did 15 and got 7 exotics. For the best drop chance make sure you kill all Champs before opening the chest.Ran 4 times today (and once last night), killed every champion, ZERO exotics have dropped. I figured I would try the master lost sectors to get a better drop rate and it took me 6 successfully runs for a single ...You are always better off going for Legend clears, as they are significantly faster to complete, whilst having a similar enough drop rate (IIRC Legend has a 20% or 25% drop rate, where as Master has a 30% or 35% rate). The only justifiable reason to do a Master Lost Sector is exclusively for the "challenge", or to get the associated triumph.Destiny is a growing expanding game and there are new exotics added each season. The ability to farm exotics from Lost Sectors is fantastic but this activity needs to be looked at. The drop rates from these activities is quite low, listed as 30% for master activities and 25% for legend.
