Checked the front fuel filter and no fuel there, so I replaced that fuel filter anyway. I then checked the back fuel filter and there was fuel there. Checked after the fuel pump no fuel. Put the key back on, no clicking from the fuel pump. Took off the fuel pump and applied 12v to it and it was working..
